2021 TRAINING SCHEDULEI know we have been riding some very challenging and turbulent waves. And the natural flow of life will continue to bring us challenges that inspire us to really deepen our spiritual work. For clearly we cannot think our way out of or physically power through the personal and planetary initiation we are in. We are being asked to dive deep into the power of our inner spirit that has all the knowledge and strength to carry us through to the rebirth as to attune us to the nature cycle of death and rebirth that all living beings on Earth experience.But we must learn how to live a new way of life filled with love, light, and the power of spirit. We have to correct the disharmonious patterns we have created in the collective field of energy.There are no compassionate spirits or shamanic teachers who can do your personal work for you. But they can inspire you on ways to perform your own ceremonial work, join with others in your local and global community to do the same, and keep going deeper. The practice of shamanism was gifted to humans by the compassionate spirits over 100,000 years ago to help them survive. And obviously we need the power of these universal and ancient practices to assist in the survival of life on this Earth.I started teaching the practice of shamanism when I was 29, and I will be 68 in 2021. I am working with new formats so I can share teachings with the international community without being on the road 300 days a year as I did in the past. Teaching online classes have given the opportunity for people from all over the world to train with me.
I will keep teaching, just more locally and through online courses, summits, and lectures, through my writing and of course I will continue writing the monthly Transmutation News.Studying long term with a local teacher where you can work within a bonded and supportive community is such a powerful way to be introduced to shamanic ways of receiving guidance, healing, and living a shamanic way of life. On January 20 there will be a free call where I will be sharing some of the information I have been receiving in my own journeys of how to walk a new path into a higher dimension of consciousness. In my journeys I have been shown how to rise above the level of suffering many are experiencing now.
At first I was going to ask Isis if she would give a message to the global circle. But within our conversation she wanted to lead a recommitment and reconnection ceremony to Earth, Air, Water, Fire. The point of the ceremony is to start to embrace and immerse ourselves in our place of belonging.
At some point during this call I will merge with Isis and she will lead us in a powerful re-connection ceremony!
Nature is our greatest teacher and healer, and by learning her language, we learn how to survive and even thrive.

SHAMANIC JOURNEYS INTO NATURE: CONNECT DEEPLY WITH NATURE SPIRITS TO EXPAND CONSCIOUSNESS & YOUR SENSE OF BELONGING TO THE WEB OF LIFE
A couple of years ago I taught my all time favorite online course to teach. This was a course on building strong relationships with nature. I decided to teach the course again. I will be teaching the course differently this time. Last time we mostly focused on emanating love and light with groups of nature beings.
This course will focus on learning from nature beings and the elements about how we can live and work together in community, how we are all interconnected and how we are caretakers of the Earth, simple ways we can make changes to create harmony between humans and nature. The level of illness people are experiencing show we are not nurturing the Earth or being nurtured by it. How do we correct this?
Of course we will have a lively Facebook to stay connected with our community. For creating stronger communities will be a theme of this course. And that is the strong point of my online courses is the community we create giving everyone a feeling of belonging.
By learning the language of Nature, we learn how to survive. It has taken human cultures thousands of years to learn the language of nature and how we are interconnected. We must create strong reciprocal relationships.
Without making lifestyle changes we will not see positive changes happening for all in the web of life. Shamans and mystics for tens of thousands of years have lit the way to work with powerful healing ceremonies to create true change and transformation. But we must increase the level of concentration, focus, and discipline needed to bring about positive change. The ancients say we can do this. But in today’s world the speed of life has increased to levels that have created a lot of stress and distraction. You cannot do remarkable spiritual work and be so distracted at the same time.
It is amazing how thousands of people who journey to the different species in nature keep getting the message that there is compassion for us as we grow into higher selves and evolve.
By communicating with multiple species, we have the ability to learn how to adapt to our current changes, honor and respect every being in nature, make necessary lifestyle changes, and learn how to design ceremonies that we can perform to be in service to the Earth.
In our seven weeks we will focus our work with communicating with life forms who have so many tools and help to offer us. And each week we will perform a different healing ceremony in behalf of places of the Earth that cause us deep concern.
Communicating with the beings of nature that live on the earth, the waters, and fly in the air, as well as with the elements themselves brings us deep wisdom at the same time filled with joy that comes from such a deep and precious connection.
I will also include how to bring children into the work.

THE SHAMANS CAVE – A WEEKLY 30 MINUTE YOU TUBE SHOW
Sandra Ingerman and Renee Baribeau (author of Winds of Spirit) have joined in partnership to create a new You Tube Show called The Shamans Cave.
The premier was January 6, 2019.
Over time we will have the opportunity to explore deep issues emerging in our shamanic practice.
We have exciting topics to cover. We will lead live practices and ceremonies as well as inspire you to create your own. We will be weaving guest interviews into our shows over time as well as speaking to topics you would like us to address.
Some examples of topics that we will speak to:
- How Nature is compassionate
- Messages from the Wind and Earth, Water, Fire
- Learn powerful ceremonies to share with your family, friends, and community.
- Learn protection practices.
- How to use sacred tools and the ethics around using certain materials.

- How to infuse our practices with deeper ways to work revealing the truth of who we are, our destiny, what we have to contribute to the collective and how.

And we will join together in the spirit of mutual cooperation and support as we continue our personal and global healing.

HEALING WITH SPIRITUAL LIGHT: The Shamanic Power of Transfiguration to Heal Ourselves, Each Other, and the Earth
I am so excited to share this opportunity with you. In this course I will focus on journeying in the Middle World to build up strong long term reciprocal relationships with nature beings – the beings that live on the earth, in the water, and live in the air. We will journey to become allies with the stars, moon, sun, and galaxies. This includes journeying to crystals and learning some healing methods.
The theme of this course is to build relationships filled with kindness where nature beings don’t just become allies for us, but we also become allies for them.
The path of shamanism is all about deepening relationship and about nourishing and protecting life.
When we learn the language of Nature we learn how to survive. We learn how to engage deeply in life and also how to become more conscious beings.
Imagine a world where both people and all the beings in nature consult with each other on how to live in harmony together and learn deep wisdom to share with each other. To add to this, imagine learning from both ancestor’s and descendant’s ceremonies for healing both ourselves and the planet. This course is a transformative 12 week course. The prerequisite for this course is taking Part 1 or being able to show you have taken a workshop on shamanic journeying.
Just some of the topics included in this course are how to journey for others and perform powerful but safe healing practices.
Please note: I do not teach advanced shamanic healing ceremonies online. I feel strongly participants need to sign up for a physical workshop with a teacher to learn such important work so that clients get the best help they need and deserve. THE POWER OF FOCUSED INTENT
A couple of years ago Sandra taught a course titled “Working in Community”. Participants met for a four-day workshop. We focused on how we can use our thoughts and words to change our personal life and be in service to all of life on the planet. We learned how to dream into being the world we wish to live in. And we looked to how we could use the practices of gratitude, blessings, and transfiguration to support our personal lives and also the community we created.
We then did two years of regular teleconferencing where Sandra lectured and led spiritual practices. And we created a yahoo group where we could share our experiences of doing this incredible work for each other and ourselves.
In January, 2012 Sandra started a six-month online course that was based on the Working in Community course. Once a month for six months she taught a live session where she lectured on material and lead spiritual practices to help anchor the work. There is also a forum that Sandra is a part of where we can share our experiences of keeping up with the practices.
The intention will be to use spiritual practices to help ourselves but also make a commitment to radiate light and send blessings to all in the course. And we will continue to share with each other over the six months on the online forum created by Sounds True.
In this online course we will create a virtual community committed to creating the inner landscape needed to give solid results in the outer world. We will learn to concentrate our thoughts and words so that we can produce our desired goal. And we will work together in full support of each other so that each person’s goals are exponentially met by the group’s energy.
